This is the first time we have sought professional help with debt collection. Usually we have very few problems with debt. However during the early part of the year with the onset of Covid, we began to experience many problems and very late payment. At least 90% of our invoices seemed to be getting lost. I have been using CPA for a couple of weeks now to chase outstanding balances from our clients. I find the software very easy to use and self-explanatory. We have received some way overdue balances very easily using CPA. You can login from anywhere and add or amend information when needed to.
