A range of detailed and summarised guidance published by the Insolvency Service has been updated, refreshed and made available online at ‘Guidance on personal debt relief options, company liquidation, investigation and enforcement’.

 The Company Insolvency section includes

• ‘Options when a company is insolvent’, which provides general guidance on the options for managing a company’s insolvency

• ‘Guide to liquidation (winding up) for directors’, which includes guidance on the restrictions that apply to re-using a company name

There is also guidance on
